Mobile app

JARAI Studio Console is also a mobile app — a progressive web app (PWA) you can install on your phone for quick, on-the-go access to alerts, approvals, budgets and platform controls. The mobile experience lives under /m and adapts to your role.

  1. Open the console on your phone and tap Install when the banner appears.
  2. Allow notifications so you’re alerted when something needs you.
  3. Use the bottom tabs — alerts, productions/actions, budgets — sized for one hand.
  4. It keeps working offline, syncing your actions when you reconnect.

Install to your home screen

When you open the console on a supported mobile browser, a banner offers “Install JARAI for quick access.”

  1. Tap Install — your browser shows its native add-to-home-screen prompt; confirm it.

  2. Or tap Later to dismiss for now (it’ll offer again next session).

  3. Launch from your home screen — it opens full-screen like a native app. On iOS, use Share → Add to Home Screen if no banner appears.

Push notifications

Turn on notifications so alerts reach you without opening the app.

  1. Allow notifications when prompted (or from Notifications in the app).

  2. Choose which severities you want — Critical, High, Warning, Info. The default sends Critical and High only, so you’re not buzzed for noise.

  3. If they’re blocked, the app tells you — re-enable notifications for the site in your browser/OS settings.

What you can do on mobile

The bottom tabs follow your role:

RoleTabs
Platform administratorAlerts, System health (loops + provider health + KPIs), Loop controls (platform mode + loop/feature switches), Budget (platform costs)
Operator / Customer adminAlerts, Productions, Actions (start a production, work the approvals queue), Budget (account P&L)
Customer viewer / FinanceAccount P&L, Portfolio, Distribution

Handy gestures: swipe an alert to acknowledge or resolve it, and pull down to refresh. Destructive platform controls (like disabling a loop) ask you to re-confirm — and, where your device supports it, re-authenticate.

Working offline

The app keeps working when you lose signal:

  • A banner shows “Offline — showing cached data” so you know you’re looking at the last synced view.
  • Write actions you take are queued and replay automatically when you reconnect (on browsers that support background sync, or the next time the app is online).
  • Some actions are paused while offline rather than queued — you’ll see “You’re offline — changes are paused until you reconnect.” Retry once you’re back online.
