Onboarding to the Client Portal

When an operator invites you to JARAI, you’ll receive an email with a sign-in link to the Client Portal (portal.jarai.studio). Here’s how to complete onboarding.

Onboard to the Client Portal

  1. Open your invite email and click the sign-in link.
  2. Sign in (or sign up with Google if your invite uses that address).
  3. Land in the portal — you’ll see the productions made for your account.
  4. Set your profile + notifications so you’re alerted when content needs review.

The full step-by-step is below.

Two ways to get started

You either sign up yourself (self-serve) or are invited by an operator. The self-serve path is just below; if you were invited, skip to Joining from an invite.

Signing up yourself

  1. Register. Enter your name and billing country and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. No card is needed to start — you begin on a free evaluation.

  2. Verify your email. We email you a secure sign-in link. It’s single-use and expires after 15 minutes — click it and you land in your workspace.

  3. Find your plan (optional). A short quiz asks how many brands/channels you’ll produce for, whether teammates need their own logins, and whether you need invoicing, a contract or SSO. Creator and Pro are self-serve; Atelier and Enterprise hand off to sales. You can skip the quiz and pick a plan directly.

  4. Choose a plan. Creator is free; Pro is a flat fee (about 15% less if you pay annually). The exact price is shown before you pay — see Billing and subscriptions. Creator starts straight away; Pro continues to payment.

  5. Pay (Pro only). Review the order summary, then complete payment on Stripe’s secure checkout. Cards are handled by Stripe, never stored by JARAI.

  6. Take the product tour and finish first-run setup — your first account and production plan. After that you’re in the console, ready to produce.

Joining from an invite

  1. Click the sign-in link in your invite email.

The link is single-use and expires after 7 days. If it expired, ask your operator to resend.

  2. Choose your sign-in method.

    • Email + password — set a password during first login.
    • Sign in with Google — link your Google account for passwordless future logins.

Both options support 2FA when enabled in your account settings.

  3. Land on your account home.

    You’ll see:

    • Productions — list of all content JARAI has produced for you
    • Subscription — your current plan, usage, and next-renewal date
    • Settings — account preferences, notification settings, privacy controls
  4. (Optional) Enable notifications.

By default, you’ll get an email when a new production is ready to review. Turn this off in Settings if you’d rather check manually.

  5. See your first production.

When the operator triggers a production for your account, it’ll appear in the Productions list. Click it to see preview thumbnails, audio players, and the full Story tab.

What you control as a customer

  • Approve or reject every production before it’s published anywhere
  • Pause or cancel your subscription at any time (cancellations honour the rolling-window terms in your contract)
  • Request data export or deletion under GDPR — see Your privacy rights
  • Block specific avatars or themes from being used in future productions

What the operator controls

  • The pipeline configuration — which AI providers, which steps, which platforms to distribute to
  • The content brief — what topic, what duration, what avatar
  • The subscription tier — sets your token allowance + per-production limits

You can request changes to any of these by contacting your operator directly (their email is in the account settings) or by contacting support.
