Platform administrator overview

Platform administrators hold the PlatformAdministrator role. You manage the shared infrastructure every account depends on — the AI providers and models, the language and voice catalogue, platform connectors, pricing and P&L, and the compliance and operations tooling. Most of these surfaces live under Settings and Dashboards in the Studio Console and are visible only to administrators.

Admin-only, platform-wide

Changes here affect every account, not just your own. Enum ordinals, provider configuration, and pricing are deliberately hard to change once live. Read the relevant page before editing.
